Sulla città di Napoli incombe minaccioso il Vesuvio, un vulcano dal profilo possente che, come un genitore severo, osserva in silenzio i suoi figli, li lascia liberi di agire ma di tanto in tanto li rimprovera. Ogni abitante della città, da sempre, vive all’ombra di questa montagna “esplosiva” che sicuramente ne plasma il carattere e l’anima.
Il corno napoletano non è solo un amuleto, ma un simbolo carico di significato culturale profondo. Oltre a proteggere dal malocchio, il cornetto, rappresenta la fortuna, la prosperità e la buona sorte. Ma è anche un promemoria costante di quanto sia preziosa la nostra vita e quanto sia importante proteggerla da energie negative.
La leggenda dice che il cornetto portafortuna si deve ricevere in dono perché fortuna e salute non si possono comprare.
